Another day started with activities that helped us to create a smooth communication inside the group. It was very important to learn how to cooperate with each other as a whole team.
We had to solve problems, think about new ideas, figure out who will be the leader in our group. In one of the activities we had 8 tasks to fulfill and each one of us had to be involved in it.
In the afternoon we also had a session when we created a contract. We wrote down the rules that all of us agreed to follow, so that there will be no conflicts and everyone will be satisfied during this youth exchange.
Later we were also writing our fears, expectations and contributions connected with this project. We stuck them to the big paper with a goal drawn in the center. We could move our small papers towards the center on the next days of the project if we thought that for example our expectations are fulfilled.
